Our websites are compatible with the browser and operating system of your choice including any recent version of Windows, Macintosh or Linux. There is no reason to use anything special to accomodate us. Each browser has its own set of settings that must be correctly configured. For Internet Explorer you will need to use "Compatibility Mode" and set "https://*.bct-llc.com" as a Trusted Site. Web applications that use Java will also require saving each specific website as "Trusted" within Java's control panel or in response to pop-ups. We use commercial SSL certificates, so it should be unnecessary to install our Root Certificate Authority (CA).
All of our systems are designed and operated to comply with Government standards and requirements and for accessibility from Government networks. If you encounter any issues, please contact us with specific issues and we will work with the Government to correct them.
Hot-desk workstations are always available for your use at our offices in Annapolis Junction. Drop-ins are welcome; you do not need an appointment or reservation. Assistance is available if you need it. Your domain account provides you access to your account and all of our systems including Outlook email and Unanet timesheet. Some of our Hot Desks have CAC Card readers for access to DoD websites.
